Meet the Team

After interviewing two other agents, we also interviewed Louis and were so glad that we did. Louis made selling our house less daunting and more enjoyable than we ever thought it would be. We felt comfortable talking with him about any of our concerns, and both he, his son (Philip), and his wife (Rose) were all extremely helpful and kind. We would not hesitate to recommend Louis to all of our acquaintances.

After deciding to relocate from our home of 24 years, one decision we did not have to make was the choice of a realtor. Louis lives in the neighborhood, but beyond that, we knew he had very ably assisted many others in transitioning to and from homes. We were not disappointed – from the initial meeting when he carefully explained the entire process, through guiding us on preparing the house, in dealing with potential buyer visits, and ultimately in responding to what became the purchase offer we accepted, the service and support were exceptional! A true professional who worked diligently on our behalf. Thanks, Louis!

We listed our home with Louis after considering a number of other agents. In meeting with him, we were impressed with not only his professionalism, knowledge, and experience but also his sincerity. He takes personal pride in striving to get the best possible outcome for his client. It was a genuine pleasure to work with him to sell our home, and at each step of the process we knew we were dealing with a true professional with integrity. We would not hesitate to recommend Louis highly.

Lois Camara provided me with a stager and cleaners and recommended a painter and landscaper to help me prepare for the sale of my home. He even had his assistant call me and provide me with some direction and encouragement on decluttering my 18 years' worth of "stuff" collected, which, by the way, seemed endless. Within two weeks, the house was totally tweaked and on the market. Lois Camara was professional, polite, and diligent with follow-up during the time my house was up for sale. I would recommend Lois Camara to anyone who wants a professional, committed Real Estate agent to sell their home.

Right from the beginning, I knew Louis was the right choice. He was early at every home viewing and ready to greet us at the door. He was a keen listener to our particular requirements in our property search and provided listings, both new and past, that helped narrow and guide us in our search. I really can’t say enough good things about Louis and his team; I was honestly surprised at the level of service we received compared to other brokers in our area. I would highly recommend Louis Camara to relatives or anyone who is looking at buying or selling property in the GTA.
